What if the remote services don’t work?

First, manually download and open the Citrix ICA Web Client, which is the software you will need to install on your PC to allow a remote connection. Once the Citrix client is installed, click on the service link again to start your connection.

You may also right click on a services link and choose “save link as” in order to save it to your desktop. Doing so will enable you to logon without having to visit this page again in the future. Simply double click on the remote service’s icon that is created.

Well, that didn’t work either, so now what?

If the above instructions for installing and using the ICA client do not work for you, and you have a Java capable browser, you may try the link below to use the Java based Citrix ICA Client (be patient - the Java client is very slow!)

Click Here to Logon using Java

It is recommended that you use the Java Client ONLY if you are unable to install the Citrix ICA Web Client from the first link on this page. Clicking the above link may cause a “security warning” pop-up. If you do get a security warning when attempting to use the Java Client, check off the “always trust content” box, then click on “yes”.
