The McQueeney Apartments are on State Street next to the Audubon Arts District.  Residents have easy access to downtown New Haven and to HANH's service center, which is located on the ground level of the building. They can also enjoy the view of the city from McQueeney's top floor lounge.

The administrative offices of HANH are located within the McQueeney building.
