Asset Management




		HANH manages its large and diverse portfolio through the Asset Management system. By placing managers in five districts across the city, HANH ensures that tenants have adequate means to address concerns about safety, maintenance, and other quality of life issues. Each district is staffed by an Asset Manager, an Assistant Asset Manager, and an Administrative Assistant. The Asset Management staff directly supervises a maintenance crew which is located on-site and is responsible for the properties within that district.
